10. Integration of Third-Party Content & Fonts

10.1 Google Fonts (Local Hosting)

We use fonts from Google (Google Fonts) that we have stored locally on our own server. When you access our site, no connection to Google’s servers is established, and therefore no IP address is passed to Google to display the fonts.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (Legitimate interest in a uniform and appealing presentation).

10.2 Google Maps and YouTube

Our website may integrate content from external providers (e.g., YouTube videos, Google Maps). This content is blocked by default (Click-to-Load). Only when you actively click on the content is a connection to the provider established and your IP address transmitted.

  • Legal Basis: Your consent by clicking on the content (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

11. Use of Artificial Intelligence (Transparency Notice)

Insofar as we provide content (texts, images) on our website or blog that was generated with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), these are marked accordingly. If you interact with a chatbot on our website, you are communicating with an AI system.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as well as fulfillment of legal transparency obligations (AI Act).

When you contact us (e.g., via email or form), we process your details to handle the inquiry.

  • Legal Bases: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (efficient communication).
  • Note: Mere contact does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Confidential information should preferably be transmitted via secure means (mail, encrypted email).

13. Mandate Initiation and Mandate Processing

If a mandate is established, we process your data for legal advice and representation.

  • Legal Bases: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (Contract), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations), and Art. 9 para. 2 lit. f GDPR (assertion of legal claims).
  • Confidentiality: Third parties only receive data if necessary for the fulfillment of the mandate. The exception to the information obligation according to Art. 14 para. 5 lit. d GDPR applies as far as the data is subject to attorney-client privilege.

14. Recipients and Data Transfer

We only pass on data if this is legally permitted or required (e.g., to courts, authorities, opposing parties, substitutes). For the operation of our IT (hosting, maintenance), we use trustworthy service providers as processors who are contractually bound to comply with the GDPR.
